When you join our waitlist, we collect:

- The date and time you signed up
We don't collect your name, address, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.
Why we collect it
We collect your email address solely to notify you when MERE launches in the UK. We will not use it for any other purpose without asking you first.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent — by submitting your email, you're agreeing to receive launch updates from MERE. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
How we store your data
Your email address is stored securely in Google Sheets, which is subject to Google's own privacy and security standards. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We'll keep your email on file until MERE launches, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. Once the product is live and we've notified you, we'll give you the option to stay on our mailing list or unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct any inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data at any time
- Withdraw your consent at any time

drinkmere.com does not currently use cookies or any tracking technology beyond standard Netlify hosting analytics.
